As soon as you check out on the Rise Broadband website, we will email you a link with the Rise client download. From the email, download & run the Rise Desktop Client (About 19.5 mb). Accept the license terms. The Rise Broadband Desktop Client will automatically install the necessary parts.

Rise Desktop Tool
The Rise Desktop Tool is an all-in-one suite of repair tools for PC. The desktop tool is a proactive combination of RiseProtect and Avira Antivirus. Additionally, the tool offers you reliable, easy to use advanced support at your fingertips. With RiseProtect you can save time and avoid the hassle of waiting in lines for tech help or repairs.

Installing the Software
In order to install the software, you will use the download link sent to your email immediately after you check-out on the Rise website. Run the Rise Desktop Tool client installer and accept the license terms.
Once the main Rise client installs, it will also install the LogMeInRescue as well as Avira Antivirus for protection.
Restart Your PC
Once Avira Antivirus is finished installing, you will need to restart your computer. After restarting, you will be protected.
Avira Antivirus will run in the background to help keep you protected.
Checking Your System
After the software is installed, you will be able to open it. You will then have a couple options:
- Running a System Scan to check your entire computer for any problems that it may have
- Running specific troubleshooters if you happen to know what could be going on
Scanning for Malware
You can run system scans anytime you need to with Avira Antivirus Pro. Simply open the software and click the “Scan” button on the left to begin a scan for malware.
How Do I Contact a Remote Technician?
- Double-click the red Rise support logo in your system tray. You will then see the Rise Desktop Tool prompt. From there, click on the corresponding method at the bottom of that prompt to either: Call (844) 411-RISE or Live Chat
You can also:
- Double-click the red Rise icon on your desktop labeled, “RiseSupport Client.”
- Enter in your details and then hit “Connect”
- You will then be greeted by one of our friendly U.S.-based technicians who will help troubleshoot the issue(s) you are having with your computer.
